New to the community things are somewhat okay. Building seems kind of old. I can tell the measures before a move in aren't looked at very thorough, but over all the building is ok. Wouldn't say I feel 100% safe here because mailboxes were broken into and I've seen homeless hanging around property.

Apartment Review

No manager on site. Walls inside the unit are very thin. You can hear your neighbor when they close their drawers or closets. You’re lucky if they are courteous and don’t slam the cabinets or doors. The laundry room is sometimes clean depending on the tenant. The removable dryer lint catcher does not go in all the way because it has soo much lint and debri. Sometimes tenants don’t pick up their dog’s feces. The manager will respond to a text or email depending on the urgency of the issue you have in the unit. Even if you leave a voicemail to the manager, he will respond towards the end of the day or next. Since no manager is on site, a lot of tenants will park in the visitors section overnight due to tandam parking. This again is from personal experience and could happen in any apartment building.
