The staff is amazing and the apartment is very comfortable. The only drawback is that our parking has been worked on for over 6 months and street parking is horrible during the day.

Pure professional

This is one of the most well kept places I've lived in. The staff is just awesome.. The maintenance is like night and day from my last place what may have taken weeks was done the next morning. The leasing agent Paula was so friendly and welcoming. She was also patient with me while I went through the application process. Other leasing agents could take a page out of her book. You go girl!!

Worst place to live

Let me begin by saying $1,600 for a 1 bedroom not worth it when we were told 1,500! The people up stairs really need to have some consideration for the people down stairs 3am and it sounds like they are dropping weights! The fact that people park like it’s their personal garage it’s annoying! They staff is so good at collecting money but when it comes to really helping they tell you to call everyone els! Why work here and be of no help annoyed! This was the worst place to live but I guess we all learn from our mistakes!
