Everything is nice, but the trash room being located next to elevator means the elevator area, which is the entrance area for me and any guest...smells bad 90% of the time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The management at this property is completely unresponsive and dismissive of resident concerns. We've repeatedly complained about loud music and disruptive behavior around the pool area — often late into the night — and nothing has been done. Instead of addressing the issue, management seems to ignore it altogether. There is no enforcement of noise policies, no communication to residents about respectful behavior, and certainly no accountability. It's incredibly frustrating to live in a place where basic peace and quiet can't be maintained and management refuses to act. If you're considering moving here, think twice — unless you enjoy constant noise and management that does nothing to support a livable community.
