Worst management

There are not enough characters allowed for my full review so I will keep it short. This management company is awful and I use the term "management" loosely because they don't manage anything. I have been living here for 15 years. We have been dealing with our loud neighbors for 5 months and I have asked management several times to help me and they refuse. And I'm not talking every once in awhile I hear noise over there, it's from morning until night. So loud that my severely disabled son has almost choked on his food because he got so afraid after hearing sudden loud crashes. Last week they were making constant noise from 9am - 6PM, the next day I went over myself to ask them to quiet down. That didnt help so I asked management just to please ask them to quiet down. Their respond for the 4th time was "they are not violating their lease, they have 3 kids". They are violating their lease because they are disturbing our peace and affecting our mental health. I even offered to have them come over to listen for themselves but again, that would require them to do something. Cannot wait until Covid is over and we can finally move out.

All is great!

We love our building! When in need of maintenance, the follow-up and handling is very prompt and flawless. Friendly manager(Shelley) is one of the best things we love living here. Also, keeping the same rent really helps us with our budget, since our daughter is in special needs, necessary therapies for her cost quite a bit. :( Only one downside is the parking. When having family come over for dinner or my daughter's therapists come over for home session it's very hard for them to find parking so that they have to park on Independence Ave. and I feel bad for them during hot summer or fall/winter when the sun sets early that they have to walk to their car in dark. :( I know it's the neighborhood that is in lack of parking spaces, but that's only downside with this building. :) Thank you for your support. :)

We love Shelley she is the best. I would like the gardener to come more to clean up after the dogs but other than that we are very happy!
