Previously, when we first got this apartment, everythjng was nice. It’s clean everywhere and the manager was strict. I felt safe and everything was well maintained. Unfortunately, late last year i noticed the changed. The washing and drying machines are always broken. The pool is filthy. There’s always a party in the bbq pit area. Some residents don’t clean their dog poops so it stays there until someone notice it or report it to the office. I try to message the office but no one answer. No replies message or calls. Summer is here! Clean the pool!
