I love living here management and maintenance is always on top of any issues that come up, also communication is great. I highly recommend this place
Studio
The studio apartment I was in was very nice, expensive for a studio of 500 square feet, I know LA is more expensive but it was still alot. But the property and staff were amazing. The property is well kept and maintained and the location is perfect and central to a lot of things. Would recommend. Was disappointed in the lack of communication after I moved out, I had left a few items in the fridge and when I reached out to pick them up never heard back. Was also charged for some touch up cleaning but did not receive an itemized list of what had to be touched up with the cleaning, when I emailed to ask for specifics on that I never received a response. Prior to this the staff was always very prompt in responding to any issue, I guess when I moved out communication from them moved with me. Little disappointed with that but everything else during my time there was great.

The neighborhood and location is great! The main concern is just the thinness of the walls hearing neighbors conversations, tvs, and people walking outside.
