Amazing Experience Living at The Woods in Burbank
I love this place mainly because Management is always on top of things. Also, I love the way maintenance is quick to respond to any situation.
Recommendations
I really enjoy living here but there are a few things I would change. I appreciate that there is a garage to park but unfortunately one entrance that I can use. The entrance on Kenwood St is too steep for our car and it scrapes the underside. Also garage floods when too much rain. The gym is nice but the equipment is outdated, I have been in there several times when the equipment was broken. Also more accessible bike racks. There is only one and there are no spots left. Recommend bike racks be located near the garage entrance perhaps one on each side. Thank you
