Please Take Into Account

The property manager is not there at times during office hours but responds swiftly on time through email. Just as with maintenance request updates, I still have one waiting to be fixed, which is the microwave; there is still no update on that. The amenities are slightly old, like the workout equipment and the washing machines. It should be better, especially if we are paying over $2,000 in rent.

Great place, well-run.

I've been here a few months now, and it's been the smoothest experience I've ever had. It's a lovely unit, the grounds are always kept nicely, the management has been super responsive and human! It's about as near-perfect an experience as it can get.

The pool is obviously too tiny and the parking is cramped, backing in and out of the narrow spaces. Great management and interior finishes. Gloria is the best Manager, I have ever had.
