The Oaks Apartments review

I moved to Burbank in 2022 and have been at Oaks since. The location is perfect with places to eat, urgent care at a walkable distance, Providence ER 3 miles away, target and vons, BOA and a 24 hour CVS as well! The apartment is located on the side roads so it's quiet and peaceful. The additional perks are the garage with 1-2 car parking depending on the number of room and in-unit washer dryer (not available in all units, but there is quick and easy access to common laundry units). The staff are friendly and quick to respond to emails or any maintenance requests. When I moved here the plan was to move to a different apartment to cut down on cost, but now that I've been here for more than a year, I am not going anywhere!
