I'm about to sign a lease on my third year at Talaria and I can't recommend living here enough. The staff is lovely and very helpful, the amenities like the pool, Amazon Hub, gym, and other common areas really make it feel worth it. The residents are all-in-all respectful and the quiet hours are respected. You definitely pay to live in the center of Burbank, but it's worth it!

I have lived here since 2019. It was an adjustment leaving a two story house but the move gave me what I was looking for. Security, comfort and great service.

Amenities are not kept up properly - ie the games in the game room are not maintained to be in good working order, the screens are offset making it essentially not functional. The smoke lounge TV has not been repaired or replaced since it has been water damaged. I wish that the maintenance staff would lay a protective covering over the seating areas when it is forecasted to rain this way the seating areas are usable when weather permits. The TV in the Lima foyer has not worked in about 6 months now, When it was turned on after placing a maintenance request, it was still not functional - the usual content display did not present and now the TV is just not working. So much gossip going around from the neighbors that come directly from the office staff. I do not understand the purpose of having a fob to get in, when the concierge furnishes the key to obtain access to tenants apartments.
