Great place to live

Location is good with friendly management. Neighbors vary but most are friendly without being too friendly. The one screeching karaoke lady seems to have been sanctioned so its much better now. Good value for money.

Lived here for a few years, great management and (most of) the neighbors are friendly and mature. Good location, too!
