The apartment is updated and nice, but the noise level is not ideal. I can always hear neighbors including those below me when they are watching TV, listening to music, talking, closing doors, and have friends over.

Noisy building. I can hear neighbors BELOW me talking, walking around, closing their doors, TV, etc. I also hear the neighbors next to me when they are talking. They have an aggressive dog that chronically barks day & night.
