Poor Management

The location is nice. Leasing/Management takes too long to reply. They do not seem to keep records of documents properly and they make it difficult for you to move out.

very loud building and old facilities. windows don’t close all the way and let in cold air. air vent in rsstroom has rust.

it gets the job done

I've lived here for about a year and it's been okay. I do think the rent is too high for the noisy unfurnished spaces but I guess you're just paying for proximity to campus. The charm of living on Telegraph. It's nice being within walking distance of everything in Southside at least.
