Good place to live. Apartment next to Azusa Avenue is a little loud from cars on the road if trying to sleep during the day.

Maintenance

Upon our move in, there we a couple things we had noticed. The locks on the doors were had trouble with. The floors were not deep cleaned, washer/dryer, and windows were not deep cleaned prior to our move in. The hood range in our kitchen turn on but is not working properly which continues to set off the smoke alarm when cooking. The assigned parking spot we were originally given co ti ues to be occupies with a car that has no license plate and is neveroved from the parking space. In regards to the leasing office staff, they are both sweet and always understanding and patient when I contact them. We love using the dog wash for our dog, and the game room weve enjoyed a few times since we have moved in. The dog park is kept clean and so far it looks like they keep the interior of the property well maintained. We just struggle with our actual unit we live in when it comes to maintenance servicing what we have brought to their attention.
