(August 2021 to September 2022) Now under Positive Investments Inc. at US$1925 that was increased within 1 month of ownership change. (October 2022 to current). Good place to live as it is close to freeways (210, 57, and 605) and the Metro station.

Quiet place by the mountains

We've been living in Azusa for a little more than 6 months, and have loved it! The staff is prompt and attentive, and the property is homely. Our neighbors are friendly and help to create a great environment to live. Parking can be sparse - cars will often double park, blocking in other vehicles for hours during the day, and making anywhere to park at night nearly impossible. There are garages offered with each unit, though if you have more than one car in the family, you'll probably be fighting for a parking space daily.
