So far it has been good, any concerns maintenance responds within a few business days parking could be better even for the second parking spot. We have to pay monthly for and it’s not even close to our apartment and the one we don’t pay that with that goes with the apartment as far as well and it’s uncovered.

We just love the place! The community is calm. We love walking our dogs in the morning and seeing the mountain scenery. Also we are close to lots of shopping centers and places to eat and drink. And let's not forget the size of the balconies; they are big! That was one of the selling points for us!
