So far, so many water problems … hot, even warm water is a rarity. My kitchen sink is consistantly backing up and stinky black water fills my sink. The noise is ridiculous every night. The upstairs floors creak so badly and so loudly it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Parking is near impossible since the city of covina issues parking tickets on arrow highway. Which was never disclosed on move in. Right now I park almost a 10 min walk away. The parking space stinks, and the concrete is covered in the neighbors leaky oil which has already stained my floorboards. My heater hasnt worked in months, twice the “maintainence” guy has looked at it and still doesnt light. All in all, extremely disappointed living here and will move as soon as fiscally possible.
