Parkewood Village Apartments

It has been a good place to dwell the last 3 years. Every place has its ups and downs and it really depends on the Manger. NOT corporate cause they lie and not micromanagers like Dwayne.. (He'll tow your car away before Christmas) Real caring folk with with real solutions like Shelby, Martin and the maintenance crew. The new manager is a very pleasant woman and I have high hope she will continue to keep the calm and peace at Parkewood. She is approachable and easy to talk to, helpful and nice. I appreciate the effort you guys put into keeping up with the landscaping and resident concerns. Thank you for your help and I look forward to another years lease renewal.
