Parking is not great, plumbing is becoming a problem, property is not as clean as it was when i first moved into the building, and there is a big Roach issue.

The building is well-constructed, but the cleaning service could be improved. However, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The staff has been great. I had a issue with the apartment and I filled out an online request early ion the morning. A couple hours later maintenance was there to take care of the problem. Amazing how fast it was resolved. Besides that the leasing agents and other management has been very kind and accommodating. Its been great living at Madison Park.
