Not the best, not the worst

Parking is non-existent for guests other than 4 spots on the street between the red striped curbs. The end of driveway spots are good if you have a motorcycle or a 2 door Kia. Staff has been responsive and friendly. They respond well to maintenance requests. Place is close to the 91 freeway and not too far from a fire station, so noise is an issue. However, the location meets my commute needs. The exterior is in great need of a face life, new coats of paint, and new garage doors. Hoping that for the money, we can get the exterior updated and new folding garage doors. The driveway space is tight, so the single piece swing up garage doors can be a hazard to hit kids playing and/or cars driving in and out. Thank you for reading this review!

If you want to do whatever you want, this is the place!

The Lakeview Manor Apartment's is the biggest RIP off around. ZERO on site management, so you or your neighbors of (10) or more occupants, can feel free to spread out and do as you please! Overpriced, not maintained at all, completely out dated inside and out. Management is good for one thing... cashing checks!

Lakeview appartments in Anaheim

The parking is the worst part. Very few spots on the street and the limited spots on site are too small and hard to get in to unless you are driving a Prius. Garage doors are dated and need to be updated to multipaneled doors, not the single big door swing out. The staff has been very responsive to maintenance/fix requests. Kudos there. Noise levels are a little high due to being right at the intersection of the 91 freeway, off ramps, and a gas station across the street. The inside was well done with basic upgrades (paint and new carpet, plus new fixtures) when I moved in 2 years ago. Overall, satisfied, but would be nice to see a few more external upgrades made.
