It’s a Great location but parking is very difficult. There’s only a few spots and theyre all assigned as I understand it. Also, upstairs neighbors wake me up every day at 5AM. But theyre getting ready for their day, just an hour earlier than me, so I have to get used to the noises. It could also be the building is old and there’s little soundproofing.

It can get pretty hot in these old buildings but my view and location are great. I have a place to park my car and multiple ways to get to work. Security of the building is overall great but some tenants forget that they prop the door open and dont close it. Not much to say here but it keeps me warm, dry and a place to rest my head.

I have lived here for about 4 years, some of the tenants are great and others not so but thats life right. Communication between property and other 3rd party vendors when it comes to time for major work is a crazy storm of confusion, some of the 3rd party vendors they get or whoever it is cant to honest work. They can me messy and say they will protect your items and not but again people dont take pride in their work no matter what you do. I love where I live and its great
