It is in a vintage 100-year old building, on the 3rd floor, one block from the beach, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants on Webster Street. There is plenty of street parking available on Santa Clara Ave. Gas and electricity are not included but cost only about $35/month. If you work in downtown SF, you can get there in 20 minutes: the O and W bus lines are only half a block away. There is also a ferry at the Seaplane Lagoon.
