Really overpriced for an old building that desperately needs a refit

The apartment complex is not well managed. We need someone on site (by law) who is managing the facilities. When issues arise with parking, laundry, water, etc. someone should communicate with residents promptly. The lack of communication is a real issue. We never know how or when resolutions will come about.

There is numerous small defects in my apartment. I can hear every step my neighbors take and every conversation. Trying to get a straight answer on my parking spot from the agent was a nightmare. The parking lot gate has been broken for over a week. The railing for my bedroom closet fell out and has made it difficult to open and shut. The shower can't fully be turned so the bathtub facet is going while the shower head is also going. I will be opening a ticket with maintenance soon.
