1540 Ninth Street

We have lived here for 10 years now. When we moved in, it wasn't cleaned & fixed at all even though they reported that they paid for someone for cleaning. We vacuumed 3 full of vacuum cleaner bags. The smoke smell didn't go away for two years. The living room heater never worked. They sent someone to fix it about 5 times but it was never fixed due to its not fixable again, or too old. We use a portable heater in the living room for many years now. They never tend to replace, only fix temporarily, but due to their wear, usually break again. All doors have some sort of issue. My husband fixed himself but problems keep coming back. We requested to paint the doors ourselves or someone to come over to do it. But it never happened. The bathroom door has not paid, it scrapped off when we moved in and had finger-sized thick dirt stacked probably accumulated since it has been built. We have always had stove problems. They replaced one with a refurbished one (another old one) but it always has had issues since arrived. We reported it a couple of times but tried fixing instead of replacing it. The problem never goes away. Now we have a back large burner completely off and two big burners heating extra hot than normal range since a guy came and tried to fix it last time. The apartment itself has no problem. The owner and people who are managing need to be more diligent, replace the old outdated items. Once it is too old, it never gets fixed.
