I live on the 23rd floor and there is often people moving in and out of the building, whoever developed this building should have included a third elevator or freight elevator. Nothing that can be done about that. The only thing I could suggest is do not schedule move-in during the times when people are coming home from work.

We enjoy the building and the staff. My only comments about noise are outside Townlines control. One bedroom pricing is on the high end of Victoria's rental market

Two major water outages in a calendar year, in a building this new is unacceptable. And the elevators constantly having the moving curtains up gives the place an appearance of a storage warehouse. The location is amazing, the cleaners do a great job, and Palo is a good guy to deal with. All in all I would recommend someone to live here. But would like to see the stated issues rectified
