Hudson Mews

Getting louder at night with the unhoused making their way over to this area :(. But the common areas are the cleanest I’ve seen and I love the blue box in the lobby.

We moved in a month ago and we love it here! The building itself is so quiet. The staff is great although we have yet to need maintenance, I'm sure they'll match the standard. Good security in the area, too.

Noisy location outside - there is a air compressor operating at least once a day. Garbage trucks at the crack of dawn are a regular occurrence. Noisy building inside, reminds me of living in a college dorm. I can hear water flowing thru the pipes (it could just be my suite) and my toilet runs every time the tenant living above me flushes their toilet ?? The building was obviously designed as a rental property.

Its good likenthe area and the size of my place

After over a year at Hudson Mews, I can confidently say this is the best building I've lived in thus far. I work in residential and commercial property management, so I have had the chance to live in and manage a few buildings, and this is the quietest building with the best sound insulation I've been in. The appliances are also of great quality, the suite finishes are modern and easy to style to taste, and the floorplans are decent. The recently installed BlueBoxes are a great addition to the building as well. The management is stellar; they are extremely responsive, and the maintenance staff is a pleasure to deal with. What more can you ask for? I have nothing but kind words in regards to my experience here. :)

We have been in Hudson Mews for a short time so far but are pleased with the experience to date.
