Good but needs work

The workout machines are poorly managed and taken care there are two buildings sharing one gym so functioning equipment makes it easier to enjoy and overall it is never clean. The new owners never did any introduction just and email and life goes on it would be nice to see faces and who you are it would make it more feel connected. The maintenance department has been amazing in our unit and super friendly and helpful when ask to help.

good place to live

The place is small but cozy, the maintenance staff is excellent but I really doubt if I would live in a place like that again since the manager of the place is extremely obnoxious and does not help the residents, it is very unpleasant to deal with someone like her.

There is lot of noise from the blanshard side and shockingly there are no air conditioners in the building. Sumners were really hard to bear.
