There has been a noticeable lack of communication from office staff regarding changes to the building and other developments.Overall the response from office staff has disapeared about changes to the building or what is happening around seems to go untalked about or the notices are not checked before being placed out.

the equipment is broken or not working well, the heat sensors are not working well, there is mold from the hood and a stench in the apartment
