Great building. Sometimes the elevator doesnt connect to the buzzer and i have to keep going down. Not sure why it happens but other than that, no other complaints.

Overall, living here has been a very positive experience. The location is truly excellent — close to everything you need and in one of the most walkable, convenient neighbourhoods on the North Shore. The building itself is attractive, well-maintained, and the landscaping adds a nice touch of greenery that makes it feel like home. The mailroom improvements have also made a big difference — thank you for that. The gym is clean, functional, and a great amenity, and most aspects of daily life in the building are smooth and pleasant. The management team deserves recognition — they are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. My only concern is that they often seem overextended, and I hope ownership continues to support them adequately. A few challenges remain: the smoking issue (both inside and near the front entrance) is significant and impacts air quality inside the suites, especially with windows open. It would be great to see stronger enforcement of the non-smoking policy. Additionally, while most residents are respectful, there are a few who don’t take care of shared spaces — particularly on the rooftop and in common areas. A stronger community culture of respect and accountability would make this already good building truly great. Overall, my experience here is very satisfactory, and we genuinely enjoy living in this building. With a bit more attention to tenant behaviour and smoking enforcement, it could easily be one of the best-managed and most livable properties in the area.
