Too many managers, and current maintenance person is mot nice or friendly at all.

I have lived here 2.5 years since the building opened. It was extremely overpriced when I moved in, but I loved the view and the location. There has been a lot of staff turnover, but that can happen with large corporations. Thankfully, there are people in the building who are retired and have the time to manage issues like incorrect charges for thermal bills, etc. It seems to be improving over the last few months. The cleaning was also very bad, and that is hopefully changing. My view is now gone with the construction, which has been very noisy. Overall, I still like the location and the unit itself. I wish management were a bit better.

I want to make a complaint about the fire alarm. It goes off all the time and is WAY to loud.

Decent newerish building. The rent is much too expensive compared to comparables in the area. Master bedrooms are too small (I've lived in 2 suits), and bathroom storage is limited.
