The apartment is good, always clean, kind and great staff. But it's a little expensive rather than neighborhood. Somethinks that irks me is the train beep at midnight and wakes us up. The view is not good. But the services are great. The gym is good and new, but it's better to add a babell and chest press machine. Also it needs a wall watch. It's always clean that is perfect. The barbeque doesn't work on the roof. Except for this the roof is great and beautiful. THE MOST IMPORTATNT TROUBLE is the payment type, the cache us not acceptable, it's logic, but we can't pay from website, no one helps about this, we have to go to the bank and get money order with about 10 dollars extra. It's better to add POS machine in office to swipe our debit card to pay or give an email to e-transfer the rent on-time and easily. The other things are great and thanks a lot to you, the manager (dear Sean) and other respectful staff. Best regard.

A very narrow parking ramp will be shared by 2 buildings. Only one car at a time can go up or down the ramp. The next building is under construction and the noise is heard every day. Tenants are asked to empty the parking lot repeatedly for some reason or other. Notices are constantly put up on every tenant's door repeatedly to enforce some rule or the other.
