Maintenance and front office

Irene and Santana are great to work with they follow up and always have a smile! The maintenance crew is great . I’m in a wheelchair and can’t do something’s they came over and fixed my issue in a timely manner

A GOOD PLACE TO LAND

I have lived here for 10+ years, and I can tell you overall, I am very content. The value you cannot beat, the grounds are gorgeous, no bugs, the staff is fantastic, especially Santana. She is top notch, firm yet has a caring disposition and attitude with the residents. The maintenance is done in an extremely timely manner. Trust me, I’ve heard some horror stories from friends about how long it takes to get maintenance issues addressed (IF EVER). . There have been water pipe issues on the grounds, but I think it’s to be expected when you have a historic property like this that has been around awhile. I LOVE my parking place. It’s literally right in front of my apartment, the parking is not that bad there. I know others in other properties that literally have to walk to the other side of the property to go to their car. Overall, if there is one complaint, it really has nothing to do with the property but my inconsiderate new NOISY neighbor that moved in recently. But that’s for another novel. If I ever had to leave and return to Tucson I would happily return here!!!

Office staff

I've only lived in a house before and coming to La Hacienda was a new experience for me. I greatly appreciate Irene and Santana, they have been patient and answered all my questions as they came up. They both were hugely implemental in making me feel welcome to my new home. Thank you ?? ??
