I've enjoyed living at this property; the staff is very helpful and prompt with any issues, the residents are generally respectful, and the location is really convenient. seeing as this is the desert, the pool is lovely too!

Gorgeous Park-Like Setting!

I have lived at La Hacienda for 2 years, and I love it here! I have lived in many different apartment properties in Tucson, and have found that there is a unique community feel here. With full growth trees all around it feels like we are living in a city park. The pool is beautiful, and the 1920's hacienda building at the center of the property gives a charm and energy that is lovely. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and with respect for our personal space and time. The staff at the office are warm, friendly and have dog treats for the pups when we stop by for a visit. The apartments are well designed with dishwashers, tall pantry space and hot water heaters in each unit. There is a wonderful dog park with trees for shade and water for the dogs. Overall, La Hacienda is a wonderful value where you can connect and feel a part of a community if you wish, or be private as well. It is a lovely, well cared for property where you can call home.

Going downhill

Great managers when I moved in 2020. Management has gotten progressively worse. Maintenance has gotten sloppier and lesss efficient. The grounds have beautiful trees and bushes that really hold any good name lá hacienda has anymore if only the Californicating owners would stop bringing their standards to tucson and easing all our prices, firing GOOD landscapers and workers who care about the properties and residents well being, also mandatory building maintenance NEEDS to be addressed immediately and all residents can agree that we don’t have a problem if you would persist in doing YOUR jobs. Stop trying to make us responsible for the water bills and the plant bills when the grass is dying and the trees are not being replanted every monsoon when they are ripped out of the grounds. Dog poop persists to be more visible and less picked up. Besides the doggy bags aren’t being replenished on a regular basis. Like I said going downhill….

One pet: $15/month, $150 Refundable Pet Deposit, $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee Two pets: $25/month, $600 Refundable Pet Deposit, $300 Non-refundable Pet Fee     Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds are allowed on property.  This list includes, but is not limited to:  Pit Bulls German Shepherds Akitas Staffordshire Terriers Chows Alaskan Malamutes Doberman Pinschers Rottweilers Any wolf breeds And any mix of these breeds   A meet & greet with property management may be required for your pet's approval.
