Moved in JUNE 2024. SANTANA is great. Always ready to help the residents. Great apartment complex. Beautiful landscaping. great amenities. Very nice neighbors mostly single people. Staff is helpful. They take care of the property. We have a new Manager Anna. She is an asset to this property. She is willing to step in and help if anyone has a problem. Thanks again Anna.

Santana is the Best

I'd like to let everyone at La Hacienda and Gaines know that the few times that I do have any kind of issues, I always hope to run into Santana in the office, super nice and always trying to find a way to help. My neighbor feels the same and told me a fast story about him having a hard time getting out of an extra charge for not knowing how to submit his person insurance coverage(he's an older guy and the technology based process wasn't something he was familiar with. Santana went out of her way to help her residence. I won't end that story since we are trying to be positive but for Santana's part she is always trying to do what's best for the renters and it shows in every interaction I have had with her. Thanks Santana
