Everything someone needs

I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes and not all management are as friendly to their residence living there. I can say though that I've had a great experience with the staff at the pavilions. The only issue and I have experienced while living here is water shut offs due to an old pipe system that is under no one's control. When the water pipes break some of us are left without water for some hours. However that is only due to the manual shut-off of the water which means they are being repaired. Nothing else have I ever experienced to be an issue at this complex.

Excited to be here

Hello! I’d like to say I had a wonderful experience leasing here. I had drove by the property and saw how well kept the property was and decided to stop by. I was greeted by a beautiful smile, the manager named Jessica asked how she could help me and directed me back to her office. I mentioned I was just looking around and wasn’t too serious about my move. She thanked me for stopping in and for my interest and ask if she could show me around the property. She asked what I needed and what my dislikes were, I had never been asked that question and was surprised. Jessica said, “I’m here to find you the perfect apartment home so I need to know what your dislikes are so I have a better idea of what you’re looking for. I loved that! Jessica showed me around the community, the amenities and showed me the model unit where she offered me a cold water and said so sweet “please you need to stay hydrated!” Her warm caring presence made me so comfortable and welcoming. Jessica took me back to her office and asked if she could help me fill out my application. I told her I wasn’t ready but I knew that I really wanted to rent a one bedroom on the first floor. I current live up the street in another community and I’m locked into a lease until October. She offered me the “priority waitlist”. Jessica helped me apply and I’m scheduled to move in when October comes around. I’m really excited and looking forward to my new apartment. This office was busy and all the ladies are so patient and sweet! I will leave another review after I move in.
