Salt & Construction.....

Living at Salt Condo has been a pleasant experience overall, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere and the dedicated staff who genuinely care about their roles and the residents' well-being. The community and its amenities typically offer a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. However, the recent ongoing construction over the last few months has introduced some challenges, particularly for residents who work remotely or have hybrid work schedules. The noise and disruptions from the construction work have made it difficult to maintain a peaceful home environment during work hours. Additionally, access to certain amenities has been restricted due to the construction, creating a noticeable discrepancy between the value we're paying for our unit and the facilities we're able to utilize. While the friendly and attentive staff continue to make Salt a desirable place to live, the prolonged construction period has become a significant inconvenience. I hope for a swift completion of the construction projects to restore the full value and tranquility of living at Salt Condo.

Lake Living!

I have been a resident of SALT for several years and I absolutely love living in this gem of an apartment. Everything is so roomy and modern and close to all the buzz of Mill Avenue while also feeling exclusive and tucked away. The lake is my backyard and I couldn't be any happier!

Overall good

Overall things are good. Access for moving in is complicated if you are on the opposite side of the building. Not much can be changed though for this point. Construction is loud and carpets have a few stains that need attention in the hallways.
