Maintenance is all over the place. The units are so old for the expensive price. Questioning if this is worth it.

Applying and the move in process have been very smooth so far. There is ample parking on property and the amenities are very nice. You get a very good value of the floor plan for the price and location being close to major freeways and with so much to do in the surrounding area. Can’t speak much to maintenance or noise but I have visited the property at night and everything seemed well kept and people were quiet and polite!

I am mostly satisfied but the door on my closet wont stay closed and the toilet keeps running. I like the location the rent price.
