ive lived here for eight months. i appericate the convient locatin,but communicatin and managment practices at other businesses and local shopping enters have made me feel uncomfortable some nearby businesses have frequent panhandeling loitering and disturbances which can sometimes create an uncomfortable atmosphere for nearby residents

leasing office did not seem to have any of our information or documents saved or ready to go by our move in date, asking us to resubmit them all over again and maintence requests have gone ignored or not fixed at all despite emails being received saying otherwise.
