All good so far maintenance is a little slow office is amazing

Maintenance could be more efficient. Some staff in office are very rude and dont care about residents.

Hot water has been on and off since i moved in four months ago. Just got out of the hospital happy to return to my apartment. Sadly the water in the hospital was in way better standing than my own home. This has been at least a minth straight without hot water.
