Just moved in. Very happy and everyone is nice. I saw a flyer in the elevator that a motorcycle was stolen,that’s unfortunate since we have a gate access. Hope there is security cameras working and it is found.

Iv had more than 10 complaints. And not even half of them have been resolved. 1st E building elevator is always dirty and disgusting the same trash that’s been in has been there for weeks! The 4th floor on E building is always disgusting as well never cleaned dogs and cat pee all over the floor getting in and out elevator not sure why it’s always dirty or what I pay for if it can not be cleaned on a daily or even twice a week.. the park garage in E building is always dirty as well the same cockroach has been sitting by the trash can since I moved in not sure why no one has cleaned it up and I know people change the trash so they not cleaning around the trash cans? My parking spot has a puddle of water making my air pressure in my tire low that’s what my car guy said and told me. Pool by E building is always dirty ls I pay for parking and don’t feel safe without the gates working so it’s basically free access I feel like a lot of stuff isn’t really worth paying for not sure when you guys are gonna get it all fixed please ad thank you
