For $1300 this apartment is WAY too small and the stagf if nevwr around when i need them. Also ive lived here for a month an our first 2 weeks I had an ant problem. Those are all the negative things that I have to say at this place so far. Other than that, it’s pretty quiet. The neighbors are friendly for the most part and I like the fact that I’m 10 minutes away from Tempe town Lake.

Its a cool quiet place. Pretty good location. Shopping center less than 2 miles. No issues with any residents and Natasha is great

i have lived here 2 years, i like the apartment, love the patio and front porch areas, the only thing i wish is that the kitchen had more counter tops and maybe a dishwasher. the staff has been excellent!
