Awesome Staff is Polite and Efficient

The office staff have been great. Open communication, quick responses, polite, efficient, and professional. The grounds are all kept Clean, Manicured, and Watered. Its a nice quiet community. Great area. Parks nearby. Free City of Scottsdale Trolley can get u pretty much anywhere you need to go. The complex is old but they continue to update/upgrade units. It is dark at night but if you just put out solar lights its fine. There is a game room in main building, vending machines by pool and nice clean laundry rooms. All in all. Its a great property and a place im proud to call "Home".

The office staff exude professionalism and courtesy, always accommodating and friendly. Well-maintained grounds complement the convenient freeway access and nearby shopping. I love it!

I have lived here for 5 years. Scottsdale is the bomb. The Flats is convenient for shopping, church, transportation, and the staff is great. We have swimming pools, on site laundry room s, water&snack machines, locked mailboxes, covered& uncovered parking& security. Plus pets are allowed for a fee. I love it here.
