Good Apartments, Low Cost

Our experience here has been good. Our apartment is in decent condition; although we've had to have the washer and dryer replaced and have had recurring problems with our dishwasher. Maintenance is fast, attentive, and effective. The support from the front office personnel depends on who helps you. It took us 4 or 5 attempts to get our keyfobs used to access the property to work properly. The parking situation can be frustrating. It is very easy for non-residents to access the property. I believe the security should be tighter, because vehicles regularly sit outside the entrance gates until a resident pulls in behind them to scan their key fob. This is unnerving. As far as the pool and outdoor common space, it is well maintained and clean. The gym is great for an apartment complex and the equipment works.

Overall, the experience was great. Although certainly a bit pricer than some of the neighboring developments, you can understand why when you see it. They just completely renovated the place you feel like you are in a resort. The development is small so it is quite and clean 99% of the time and I never hear my neighbors. My only issue is maintenance and that they did not do a walk through with me when I moved in initially, claiming they had done it already.... nearly everything did not work, washer, dryer, ice machine, ceiling fan, front door, bath tub facet, you name it. They were then short on maintenance staff so took forever to fix, but I must say they did fix absolutely every detail and whenever something new goes out, they are on top of it now. I think it is because when I moved in a year ago they were under a different company, MAA has taken over since then, hence the renovations.

Great community!

Beautiful community and located in a great spot! Apartment is huge for a 1 bedroom and overall I really enjoy living here.
