Love it here

I moved here under contract and had no clue where to go or what part of central AZ I was going to move to … The iffice staff from get go were amazing and quick and I was abke to get in my apt. very quickly with no delays. I was and am thankful for everyones assistance. I love this property. I already renewed my lease. Will be doing it again. The maintenance crew is spot on. The front office staff is always helpful. Great place to live. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is the very thin ceilings and if you have heavy footed neighbors? You will be able to follow their steps room to room. I would recomend thicker carpet padding or thicker carpet. Then Camelback gets 5 stars for sure .

Pretty Good

Typical apartment. The maintenance team is pretty responsive. Leasing office hours are not great if you work full time you can't really get a hold of them easily. Pool area is nice. Thomas RD is pretty loud all night and keeps me up. Amazon can't deliver packages easily because there is no gate code. Lack of gate code is a hassle and not a safety issue as they state because multiple people just tailgate in anyway. If we didn't tailgate it would backup traffic onto Thomas road.

my rating

most people are rude, making noise during acceptable( normal) quiet hours. spend time honking their car horns repeatedly to lock doors , blinking headlights where the lights shine into someone's bedroom. crowding their neighbors parking spots. taking their dogs to pee/poop by someone else's home, close to the neighbors front door areas
