Overall good experience over last 2 1/2 years of residency

I moved into the skysong apartments in late 2022. I can say that ive enjoyed living here fir the most part. Ive had zero issues with pests since being here which im calling out as its great. The staff is friendly and willing to help. One rhing the property could improve on is general proactive property maintenance, cleanliness, and security. The grounds that surround the property, pool and area in around leasing office are great and well maintained. Over the last year and a half or so ive noticed a decline in proactive cleanliness of the hallways and parking area. Trashcans overfilled and unemptied for long periods of time, uncleanly carpets and walls etc. Also, the property boasts of some security presence that ive never seen and the electroinic locking doors into and out of the property and parking garage are often not working or damaged which does happen with wear and tear …however, seem to go months without repair but why is thaf if maintenance is proactively doing rounds or maybe theyre not? Overall decent experience (excellent location) but they need to step up security, PROACTIVE maintenance, and cleaning the hallways without their own residents prompting them to do so.

I scored maintenance a little low because I have a third floor apartment and the door to badge in from the garage has been broken for months. I also rated noise low because my apartment faces south and there’s a lot of road noise from people racing down the street. That noise I can’t blame blame on the apartment complex, but it is in the area.

Very nice apartment.

I have lived here about ten years. I like the clubhouse very much. The location is perfect for me. There is a dog next to me that barks a lot.
