Great value for the price, location, and ammenities

I love living at SkySong - great value for the price, location (close to Old Town and Mill, noise is always minimal and there fees to live here are super reasonable. Parking is never an issue / isn't complicated or expensive. Nice outdoor areas and maintenance is most always timely/done well. Lastly, management is super communicative and always helpful. Highly suggest!

Great place to live!

I have lived here since February 2022. Love it so much. The location is amazing - close to everything and in a nice little pocket with restaurants in walking distance. The staff is always so nice and accommodating! Maintenance tends to problems quickly and the amenities are great. The trash valet is so convenient and I love the free yoga on Mondays. I am moving out in February 2023 but only because I have to for personal reasons. Have loved living here and highly reccommend! ** This is not a paid ad lol

Praise for the Maintenance Department

I have suffered for approximately two months and no one at the rental office could determine the source of the debilitating odor that permeated my apartment each night. Finally, through trial and error, I discovered how the odor was entering my apartment. I emailed Maintenance yesterday and within hours they had solved my problem. Last night was the first night that I could breath properly. THANK YOU so much maintenance staff!! You are the BEST!!!
