I was looking to break a lease and move into Optima in Dec, everything was all set and then it fell apart, this actually happened twice and I can imagine that would be frustrating for the leasing agent, but Heather was never annoyed or upset, she was always positive and continued to work with me over the next few months until she found me the exact unit I wanted for the exact date I needed.
