Hello- I noticed that the treadmill is no longer operable this morning Tuesday November 25th It was working on Monday November 24 in the morning. Also, residents are still leaving dumb bells lying around on the floor in the weight room. We respectfully request that Shadow Ridge post signs throughout the weight room reminding users to "Please replace the weights after use" as a safety precaution

I was looking for a cheap studio apartment and was so happy I came across shadow ridge! They helped me get an 8 month lease and the place was perfect and kept up to date well.

Finding more trash and dog poop throughout the property. Noisy and starting to go downhill since I first moved here
