More cons than pros living here. The really only pro is the location close to old town.

Staff friendly. Parking lot ridiculous, as in cars drive way to fast people are rude while driving. Maintenance very slow at times. Emergency maintenance sometimes not available. Like your ac breaks down try to help but can't.
