OKAY Location. And That's It.
Front desk workers do not return calls. They do not reach out to maintenance when you call and tell them you have a problem. They will say they will look into it, but immediately forget and play games on their phones. Maintenance will give you a 4 day window on when they will enter your unit, only for them to enter 7 days later and not leave a note saying they were there. There are no chairs or umbrellas at any of the FOUR pools. You WILL hear helicopters flying over your head every single day as there is a hospital two blocks away. But hey, at least it's in an OKAY location.
