You do not get what you pay for.

The community itself is nice but everything else is a problem. You will not receive maintenance requests to be completed on time. It can take a week or more after putting in a request to get anything done. They don't have a real after-hours emergency maintenance number. With the cost to rent here, there should be better quality of service here.
