So loud from 7th street. I hate the garbage service because it is a waste of money and the neighbors leave a lot out and the garbage service doesn't take it all. Gross stains are left just outside my apartment. I will gladly walk my garbage down to the dumpster and save the couple hundred dollars.

Needs a lot of work. Gut the place and rebuild it. From plumbing to electrical , to drains, thin walls, noise, too many things to mention.

We plan to move out when our lease is up

The property looks like it was amazing when it was new, but it wasn't maintained. We recently got a new management company, so we are hoping the property starts looking better. The transition to the new management company raised some problems, but maybe it'll get better. The units inside are very poorly maintained. The property looks terrible. the parking situation is awful. The location is nice because you have easy access to all directions including the freeway. Rent is too high given what you get. The only amenities I've used is the fitness center. I',m sure it was amazing when it was new, but the floor where the free weights are is all lumpy from people dropping weights. Some of the cardio equipment is broken, and some of the free weights are missing. It's still a good selection of equipment, but it just needs to be maintained. The previous manangement company let this property go. Hopefully the new management company does better and solves some of the issues. As for noise, it's good at night. During the day we get some road noise from the freeway. The freeway construction noise is loud, but they'll eventually finish. We haven't had any problems with smell from the landfill across the street, but we have yet to be here a summer. I personally would not recommend unless your looking at a similar property with similar problems. I would only recommend if you have no where else to go and you work in the area.

Lived here when first opened 9 or 10 years agoAnd it was great... I can’t back for the location and the staff seemed to be just as helpful. Not so. I’m extremely disappointed in the way it is now run and the quality. Being that this property is owned by a HUGE and very well known company, they should be ashamed. I knew moving in the appliances were very dated but I thought they would be taken care of but no. They are legit the same ones from when I lived here years ago and are gross. 5 requests to have something fixed over a 3 month period. They do not take ANY action when it comes to making sure the tenants are taken care of or making us feel comfortable. The maintenance workers are super unfriendly-in per e sure most got their personalities from J Johns. I’ve had to move every year for the last 4 years due to jobs. I thought fit sure I’d be able to stay for a couple years to save for a house. Not happening. I cut keep going but why? MT will not care but at least it’ll possibly warn those thinking about moving in.
