Room for improvement

My family moved here in 2017 and I was not impressed by my unit after we moved in since the inside looked nothing like the model we were shown, but we had no choice. Now fast forward to more current, the manner in which the trash is handled is unorganized and not very thought out. I didn't like being charged for valet trash services that I didn't use, or "common area" fees in which are the property management responsibilities. These are things that should be budgeted for and considered when you make base rent decisions. The fluctuations in charges are outrageous and again not thought out. There should be more resident responsibility for pets and the areas they are permitted to be, dogs poop everywhere and no one does anything. Now for the office staff; Ebonee has always been most helpful in anyway I have communicated with her, she is probably the only person that is familiar to me, because of the extremely high turnover in that office. I think there needs to be some kind of review into your management workplace culture to see why that is and how you can make it better. The property is expensive for what you get as the laundry rooms are horrible. I haven't had tons of problems and I won't make it seem like it's all bad here, I just think it's room for improvement.
