I've lived here for approximately 4 and a half years. I've never had any issues with neighbors or drama. The place is very peaceful despite an outside club next door who plays great music! The staff and maintenance teams always answer promptly to any issues or concerns I report to them. Esther is one of the nicest and friendliest office staff members in the team. The maintenance crew is always respectful and kind.

Been living here since December 2020, love the location, close to so many great places. Wish the bar next door was less noisy but have gotten used to it over time.

I have lived here for over 3 years now and my apartment is very comfortable. I have very low electric and gas cost and can run a/c during summer months with no big bill. New double windowpanes were installed right after I moved in. The best is the on site manager, the best I property manager I have had on 3 different complexes. Makes a big difference should something break in your place. Very happy here.

It’s been a year since we moved in and the place is nice, quiet and quaint. We are very fortunate to have our nice managers on site. Through the pandemic the company has given us a break on rent which is unheard of at some places. We feel so much at home here.
