Mason Mumford is a GODSEND, and I demand he gets a raise! He was so amazing since the very beginning when I inquired about the property all the way from Boston. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor throughout the whole process! I cannot say enough good things about the way he talked me through all the things I will expect living here and how to manage all my needs in the portal, with all the utilities, and maintenance. He saw how nervous I was and reassured me without fail that everything was going to work out in my favor. My fiancé and I have been living at Monte Viejo for a couple months now and have enjoyed this complex. The pools and amenities are super enjoyable as well as the community events bringing the community together to meet others in the complex. There are both renovated and unrenovated apartments; we live in one of the non-renovated apartments and have not had many issues at all with appliances, etc.
