Villeta

Villeta has been okay. The asking price for the resign is horrendously overpriced because it was already overpriced due to the covid housing crisis. Maintenance has been okay but they are not fast and can show up at 5 pm meaning you have to wait the entire day because they dony give you a timeframe. This place has horrendous problems with wall sealage so if one of your neighbors has a bug problem you will get it too.

Apartment is loud. A lot of big dogs making noise. Close parking. Have to pay for covered parking even when you didn’t sign up for it. Have to pay for valet trash even tho I don’t use it. My apartment smells like cigarettes smoke from last tenants. Nicotine can be found on wall of my apartment
