One day before my move-in date, the leasing staff called me to inform me my keys were taken by the contractors and left at their office offsite. My only choices were to postpone my move-in date or select a different apartment. I was so upset. I knew to expect this as there was a disclaimer prior to signing my lease, but I still hoped for the best. I ended up moving to a different apartment I had never seen before. The garbage issue is still ongoing. The other residents throw their trash in the disposal area even if it is overflowing and spilling outside the designated area. I dont enjoy sitting on my balcony because of the smell and clear view of it. Ive sent multiple emails to the leasing office in the past and they do promptly take care of the issue, I just wish the other residents were more respectful of the property and the staff’s time. The gym and pool are clean and enjoyable. I barely see my neighbors, other residents are friendly when passing by each other. Walls are thin you can hear a lot all hours of the day but that is to be expected with rentals. Since the property is under new management the prices for the apartment are more affordable which is upsetting for is who have signed a lease but certainly beneficial for new applicants! Lol always find humor in mostly everything its a great way to live life!
