The max number allowed, one-time pet fee, pet deposit, and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the max number allowed, one-time pet fee, pet deposit, and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets as long as they are caged. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
