I really enjoy living in this place. The tenant are nuce, mind their business and mostly stay to themselves. The staff is great. The maintenance crew response so quickly. I wish they had four bedroom apartments ????????

I love living here. The staff is friendly and always accessible. It is clean and neat. The maintance people fix my problems within a day or within that week. It depends on what is needed to be repaired. I have no problems. I just hate the park situation. Many people and visitors park in the residence parking space and refuse to move. This is an unfair inconvience for the tenants. The tow truck drivers, tow the tenants cars and the tenants have to pay the fines. As for the apartments and complex in total, I give it an 8 out 10.

I work here and live here. I can say that we have been working hard to get our number of work orders down so that we can get work order done and quickly as possible. We have a good team thats fast and good. But when you move in to this place. GET RENTERS INSURANCE. thats all om gonna say about that.
